This winter we'll probably be playing around a bit with casting aluminum and such. Some preliminary tests have already taught us a bit. The ribbed peg on the left is the original, the other one is probably the best piece so far. I tried making a cast mag cover today, that didn't work out quite so well, but version 2 should be better. (Disclaimer: Don't worry Dave, that's just a test cast that will be melted, we won't be trying to rip you off.)
